Property and Finance
Duties:
1. To be the legal trustees of the Church.
2. To be responsible for acquiring, holding, and conveying of property in accordance with the decisions of the Governing Board and/or the congregation.
3. To be responsible for the care, protection, and maintenance of all church property.
4. To be responsible for the disbursing of all funds of the Church and for the designation of such depository banks and institutions as deemed necessary for the security of funds and property belonging to the Church.
5. To be responsible for the development and administration of all parts of the Church's budget which are not specifically mandated to the other committees.
6. To raise the necessary funds for the support of the Church's operation and its benevolences.
7. To be responsible for programs of stewardship awareness and development within the congregation.
