Rev. Jim Goodrich
Senior Pastor
Jim’s
driving mission is to enable others to discover their purpose in life
and experience abundant living. With Jim, there is no time for the
status quo. He believes that we, as individuals, and a church, are
constantly called to be moving onward and upward. His theme: There is
always more! The best is yet to come!
A passion for God is followed closely by a love for family. Jim and
Diane have been married 28 years and have three daughters. Joy is a
sophomore at Judson University, Chara a senior and Danielle a sophomore.
Raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from the Ohio State University,
Jim is a die hard football fan (go Hawkeyes!). Jim has also studied at
Southern Baptist seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from the
Ashland Theological Seminary with a dual master’s degree in pastoral
studies and education. He has also completed all class work at the
Fuller Theological seminary for a doctorate in church growth and
leadership.
Exciting things are beginning to happen at FBC-COB! Come and discover
with us that the best is yet to come!
